Team Building
In-person, virtual, or hybrid adventure to excite your team
Employee Onboarding
Creating your program is as easy as creating an account, filling your program details (name, tasks and challenges, etc) and hitting launch.
Scavify is capable of creating wide range of outcomes depending on your goals. Think about what your goals are for this program to help identify
Create an experience that is not only fun for employees but also strategically achieves your goals
Tasks and Challenges are at the core of your experience and can be used many different ways to achieve your objectives
This will vary depending on your goals but it is generally recommend to provide between 10 and 20 challenges. If you would like to increase employee participation levels you may want to consider between 5 and 10 tasks and challenges. Typically, a lower number of challenges will result in higher participation levels. If employees see too many challenges they may feel overwhelmed and choose not to participate.
Different task and challenge types encourage different types of interaction. We recommend incorporating as many different types as possible to create a diverse and exciting experience for your employees.
Depending on the nature of the experience you are looking to create you may want to consider mixing and matching not only the different challenge types but also the different objectives to create a well rounded experience.
